Feel the great contrast between hot and cold with the Africa expedition
Start in Amsterdam, finish in Cape Town after traveling 19 thousand kilometers through Africa. The African expedition is a grand challenge for five participants. They will learn how to use the Wim Hof method. During the following three challenges, there always will be a representative for Guinness World Records.

Sahara run
Wim will do a marathon in the middle of the Sahara without consuming water. A new Guinness World Record, never done before!
Climb of Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts
Wim will climb the Kilimanjaro, in shorts, in 2 days. A new Guinness World Record, never done before!
Ice endurance
To end this expedition in a spectacular way, Wim will break the world record for standing in Ice. This will take place near Cape Town in between the penguins. A new Guinness World Record!
