Wim Hof is better known internationally than in his own country for constantly breaking his records in the cold. He appeared on, German, American and Chinese television stations breaking his record by sitting in a cylinder filled with Ice cubes up to his neck. Wim has shown what the human body is capable of once you find the flow within your physical and mental state. Although The Iceman still finds his challenge in improving his current performances, he especially sees his new challenge in passing on his method to others to give everyone the opportunity to reach out and do more than what they thought they were capable of. By the right training and exercises you can make your inner nature stronger and prevent disease.
A new breathing method and the confrontation with the cold
You can already start exercising by training the way you breathe. Wim learned his own method by the teachings of nature. He already ran marathons barefoot, climbed the biggest mountains on earth in shorts, and many more things! Training the way of breathing and a certain cold exposure can make you control your immune system
